Tuesday, September 8 is New Mexico Statewide Be Here Day, and Deming Public Schools is going for 100% attendance across the district! 🐾 Students are invited to take Charlie’s Challenge! Charlie is challenging our students to miss fewer than 5 school days per semester. Students can see their Direct Student Support Specialist to sign up and accept the challenge. Families and community members help us spread the word and encourage our students to BE HERE on September 8!

We thank you and your family for being our valued partners as we work together to educate the children in our district. Deming Public Schools values input from our community – and we need to hear from your child or children! Students are important partners as we work to improve our communication, academic program, and overall experience for everyone. In order to learn more about student experiences at school, we will be asking for your child’s feedback via an online survey they will be completing at school. The survey shouldn’t take more than 20-30 minutes to complete. This survey will be for students in grades three (3) through twelve (12).
