Department Services:

The DPS Special Education department services over 850 exceptional learners, including over 800 students with disabilities, in addition to our district's gifted students. The Special Education department staff work to support our schools in the design and implementation of high-quality Special Education programming.  

The related services provided by the Special Education department include Speech-Language Pathologists, School Social Workers, School Psychologists, Occupational and Physical Therapy, as well as Diagnosticians.
